Soya Milk
Soya milk is available in sweetened and flavored varieties. They are a good substitute for cows milk. They are improving soy-based cheeses and dairy alternatives to mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar are now available.  
Coconut Milk
Coconut is a brilliant substitute to cows’ milk. It does have quite a strong coconut flavor however are delicious in curries. Such as Tai green curry. Coconut cream can be used in a variety of ways, such as whippy cream once liquidated. Coconut oil is also a great alternative to butter when baking, as the flavor is less distinct. Coconut yogurt is also popular.
