What is gluten? Gluten is a group of proteins found in certain grains, such as wheat and rye. It allows food to maintain its shape, generally providing elasticity, moisture and provides a chewy texture. Gluten-free dairy products: Milk, butter, ghee, cheese, cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt.
