What is Gym, Eat, Repeat?

Gym, Eat, Repeat is a meal preparation company offering a range healthy nutritional meals & snacks! 

Where are my meals made, and who by?

Your meals will be made in Manchester in our Gym, Eat, Repeat Kitchen. With 10 years of cooking experience, with a passion of cooking meals using fresh ingredients.

 

Service

 

When Is The Ordering Deadline?

All orders must be placed by 16:00 PM on Thursday to receive your meals that following Sunday.

 

Can I subscribe to your service?

Yes! You can choose the Subscribe & Save purchase option on limited products only. Minimum term 4 weeks when choosing our subscription service. Additional charges applied if cancelled within this term. 

Can I cancel the subscription. 

You can cancel you subscription anytime after 4 weeks. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed the initial order. Alternatively, please contact Gym, Eat, Repeat to speak to a representative. 

 

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

 

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

 

How do I use my discount code?

Your discount code can be entered at the cart page or at check out. Some discounts are one-time use only, and in these cases it will say that your coupon has expired.

 

Can I cancel after placing my order?

Due to the nature of our service, any cancelations need to be made 48 hours before delivery on Sunday. Charges may apply. 

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

All orders must be placed through our website. Please contact us for an alternative. 

 

How do gift cards work?

Once you purchase a gift card, you will receive a unique code, this can then be provided to a family member or friend, they will be able to use this at the checkout stage of their order. We are unable to refund any gift card purchases made through our website.

 

Deliveries

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

Expect your meals to be delivered between 13:00PM and 19:00PM on Sunday unless you are contacted by an Gym, Eat, Repeat representative for other arrangements.

 

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery to all Greater Manchester areas. Which include, Bury, Bolton, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport and Tameside. We hope to be delivering beyond that this year!

 

How do you deliver my meals?

Your order is delivered in an insulated bag with ice packs to ensure it stays properly chilled for delivery.

 

Do you ship outside of Manchester?

We hope to later this year! Stay tuned!

 

 

Food

 

How long do your meals last?

We can’t guarantee the freshness of our meals beyond five days, but this is largely your preference! Seafood should always be consumed in the first three days.

All dishes should be refrigerated soon after you receive them for maximum freshness.

Our meals can be also frozen to extend their freshness by approximately a week.

 

Are your meals frozen?

Our meals are prepared fresh by our culinary team and delivered to you fresh. They are never frozen.

 

How long do I microwave my food?

It depends on your microwave and temperature preference. The average heating time is 1-3 minutes.

 

How healthy are your meals?

We believe our meals work well for most diets and needs. They are proportioned well, with a balanced amount of protein, carbs, and fats.

We also make as many health conscious substitutions as possible with our meals. We only use Himalayan pink salt; no table salt. We only use light agave for sweetener; no sugar. All sauces, seasonings, and marinades are made in-house, not overloaded with bottle/can-product sodium.

 

What are the macros of your meals?

By law allergen information must be included and because we promote healthy eating, we encourage you to track calories. All macro information is included on all meals you receive.
